The World Organization of Baseball Events Canada (WORGBEV Canada) is the official Canadian representation of an international organization dedicated to youth baseball development, athletic excellence, and cultural integration through high level international tournaments held in Canadian territory and at international venues around the world.
As the Canadian chapter, our mission is to position Canada as a leading host nation for international youth baseball events, creating unforgettable experiences for athletes, families, and countries united through sport.

Our President , brings over 23 years of coaching experience across the Dominican Republic and Canada, playing a key role in shaping our development philosophy.
Throughout his career, he has trained players who have gone on to compete in Minor League and Major League Baseball, and is recognized for his emphasis on strong fundamentals, efficient mechanics, competitive preparation, leadership, discipline, and ability to develop talent at a high level.. His methodology blends discipline, technical precision, and mentorship, helping each athlete elevate their game to the next level.
Today, he brings those same values into the business world, combining sports leadership with strategic vision to drive growth, innovation, and international impact.
