Throughout his career, he has trained players who have gone on to compete in Minor League and Major League Baseball, and is recognized for his emphasis on strong fundamentals, efficient mechanics, competitive preparation, leadership, discipline, and ability to develop talent at a high level. His methodology blends discipline, technical precision, and mentorship, helping each athlete elevate their game to the next level.
